A 501(c)(3) founded to preserve, protect and breed Clydesdale Horses, an at-risk species; to provide education and support for the recovery and growth of the Clydesdale breed globally: increase the annual birth rate of Clydesdale foals both in North America and globally through advocacy and support for breeders; educate Clydesdale breeders on the benefits of modern breeding techniques to enhance breeding success and promote sustainable breed preservation; educate the general public, current horse owners, and future horse owners on actionable steps they can take to support the preservation of Clydesdales, fostering a sense of stewardship and engagement; establish a program to donate Clydesdales to accredited applicants who demonstrate a commitment to the welfare and preservation of the breed, ensuring responsible ownership and expanding the Clydesdale population; to gather, hold, and distribute gifts, bequests, devises, and other funds for said charitable purposes and to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3)
